Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. * Two (2) years of experience supporting technology systems, healthcare applications, project coordination, or related functions preferred. * Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred. * Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred. * Experience supporting software applications and end users preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly. * Strong documentation and follow-up skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff * LPN/Coding/Billing Certification Preferred This is an 8am - 5pm on-site job that invoves travelling to other sites as needed. ## Description First Choice Primary Care, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced Health IT Specialist to serve as the organization's internal EHR expert. This role supports organizational technology initiatives, healthcare applications, and information technology operations.
