## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist / Data Engineer to lead a complex data migration from Delivery Biz Pro (legacy system) to Shopify (target platform) using Matrixify.

This project involves end-to-end transformation of historical customer and order data, including extensive data cleaning, mapping, restructuring, validation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Data Extraction & Transformation

 - Clean and normalize customer, order, and product datasets

 - Standardize names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses

 - Transform data into Matrixify-compatible formats

 2. Customer Data Migration

 - Build Matrixify-ready customer import files

 - Create customer tags and notes using historical data

 3. Historical Order Migration

 - Convert row-based order data into Shopify-compatible format

 - Preserve financial fields such as shipping, taxes, discounts, and refunds

 4. Product Mapping & Data Integrity

 - Build mapping between legacy and Shopify products

 - Use SKU-based matching

 - Handle discontinued products as custom line items

 5. Advanced Data Transformation

 - Implement bundle and sampler restructuring logic

 - Build customer matching logic using email, phone, and multi-field rules

 6. Validation & Testing

 - Run test imports and validate outputs

 - Resolve errors using Matrixify import feedback

 7. Documentation & Reporting

 - Document all transformations and mappings

 - Create exception reports and validation summaries
