 * Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.

## Description

The Data Administrator will oversee the organization's data integrity and business systems, ensuring accurate, reliable information to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role serves as the primary administrator for Salesforce and related systems, manages data quality, reporting, user access, and system improvements, and partners with internal teams to optimize business processes., * Administer Salesforce and related business systems, including user accounts, permissions, and security.

 * Monitor and maintain data quality by identifying, investigating, and resolving data integrity issues.
 * Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, Excel, and other reporting tools.
 * Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data imports and system integrations.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and third-party vendors.
 * Support business operations through accurate reporting, data management, and system administration.
 * Train staff on system functionality and data quality best practices.
 * Participate in system testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
 * Document business processes and maintain system procedures.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
