This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional testing efforts in financial services environments. This role is responsible for documenting test strategies and implementing them in industry standard testing frameworks. The TC will coordinate business testing and end to end integration testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with large platform system conversions and strong knowledge with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, plan, and schedule in alignment with project milestones. Coordinate test account setup, data requirements, and defect management processes. Partner with technology and vendor to ensure test environment is readily available for testing. Ensure traceability of test cases to business and system requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align testing priorities. Responsible for overall program testing status including facilitation of testing calls, report outs, etc. Facilitate communication between IT, vendor and business teams to resolve testing bottlenecks. Coordinate overall Defect management of identified issues, their severity, and resolution status. Identify and escalate testing risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. Track and report on test progress, defects, and resolution status to project leadership.
