## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage development and administration.
 * Experience working with ETL development, enhancements, and production support.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, queries, and database objects.
 * Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
 * Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment.
 * Experience supporting and developing data integration solutions in large-scale environments.

## Description

The resource will be expected to:

 * Support and maintain the existing IBM DataStage platform.
 * Perform updates and enhancements to IBM DataStage processes/jobs.
 * Modify and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database objects.
 * Develop new ETL/Data Integration solutions.
 * Conduct performance tuning and optimization of DataStage jobs and processes.
 * Work on assignments as directed by the HGV team under a staff augmentation model.
