This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in data architecture, governance, and healthcare information management., * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling. * 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERwin Data Modeler. * Extensive experience designing enterprise data models for Healthcare, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial healthcare data. * Strong experience building Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions. * Expert knowledge of: * Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling * OLTP and OLAP Architecture * Dimensional Modeling * Star Schema * Snowflake Schema * Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) * Master Data Management (MDM) Advanced SQL expertise including: * Complex analytical queries * Query optimization * Stored Procedures * DDL, DML, and DCL Strong knowledge of: * Data Governance * Data Quality * Data Profiling * Metadata Management * Data Migration * Data Security * Data Archival Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance including HIPAA, PHI, and PII. Previous experience working within large healthcare payer or healthcare technology organizations. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Architect / Lead Data Modeler to support enterprise data warehouse (EDW) initiatives for a large-scale healthcare analytics environment.
