Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications. ## Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Software Engineer (SWE) to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including real-time systems, analytics, and large data manipulation. In this role, you'll review and test software components, resolve issues, and document results to meet design requirements. You'll contribute to system design, analyzing hardware/software tradeoffs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration. Utilizing appropriate development methodologies, you'll provide input on requirements analysis and synthesis.
