## About the Role

* Extensive experience building Workday custom reports
 * Strong expertise with:
 + Advanced Reports
 + Matrix Reports
 + Composite Reports
 + Calculated Fields
 * Ability to independently gather business requirements from functional stakeholders
 * Experience translating business needs into technical reporting solutions
 * Strong documentation and report design specification experience
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Previous experience supporting large Workday implementations, * Workday Reporting experience across Financials and/or Supply Chain
 * Healthcare industry experience
 * Experience working alongside large System Integrators (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, etc.)
 * Experience mentoring junior reporting resources

## Description

* Design, build, test, and deploy custom Workday reports
 * Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
 * Lead report discovery and design discussions
 * Translate business requirements into technical report specifications
 * Create documentation and report design artifacts where little or no documentation currently exists
 * Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom reports utilizing calculated fields
 * Collaborate with Deloitte and internal project teams throughout the implementation
 * Mentor internal team members on Workday Reporting best practices and help establish reporting knowledge within the organization
 * Help accelerate delivery to support the January 2027 go-live
