The Sr. Enterprise Applications Engineer is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm's attorneys, advisors and staff, while maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, the Sr. Enterprise Applications Engineer must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner which is consistent with the Firm's Core Values. What You'll Do: * Responsible for regression testing methods, scripts, operational tracking and issue resolution of the mission critical applications deployed in the firm. * Design, implementation, integration, deployment and support of new Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) desktop and server business facing applications. * Ensure successful testing, implementation and transition to a production / steady state operating environment. * Serve as technical analyst with the ability to plan and manage the full life-cycle of a complex, multi-phase server application integration and implementation project, with multiple resources and across multiple departments. * Prepare detailed engineering specifications and documentation as necessary. * Communicate status and key business information effectively to both management and internal customers * Serve as 3rd level of escalation help desk support for department software service catalog assigned. * Act as the System Engineer for business facing desktop and server based firm applications.
