Preferred: * Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Sciences, Public Policy or Healthcare Administration. The Senior Manager, IT Projects and Programs is responsible for the oversight and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide, high-impact, transformational technology projects and multi-project programs. This senior level role drives and directly contributes to the alignment between business needs and IT capabilities to ensure project, program, and portfolio success. This position requires critical thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and understanding of IT program management in the health care, plan, or insurance industry.
