* Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Intermediate to advanced Excel user.
 * Data wrangling and quality analysis.

Education/Experience:

 * 4-year degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
 * 1+ years of Excel experience.
 * Internship experience in Finance/CRE preferred.
 * Understanding of commercial loans, real estate, structured financing, and budgeting preferred.

## Description

As an Implementation Analyst, you will work directly with clients to configure RealINSIGHT to fit their unique portfolio and business processes. This means building Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, and data validation tools, managing the technical side of implementation from start to finish, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for clients as they learn to use the content you deliver. You will collaborate closely with a small, focused team and have real ownership over your work from day one., * Build complex reports, financial models, configuration, and analytic content.

 * Manage end-to-end implementation from a technical perspective.
 * Lead client meetings and participate as requested to explain topics.
 * Gather business requirements, document client workflows, and translate them into system configuration and deliverables.
 * Provide training for clients on use of delivered content items.
 * Provide feedback and solutions for the client to better support their business within the context of the software.
 * Review and understand client Excel models and reports.
 * Review and understand client-specific CRE business processes.
 * Analyze problems and propose solutions.
 * Demonstrate strong communication and team participation.
 * Exercise personal task and time management.
