## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Project/Program Manager - IT to drive execution of a large-scale, data-driven pilot initiative. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing digital intelligence workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of a high-impact program designed to transform marketing and data strategy., * Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met

 * Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
 * Orchestrate daily activities within the digital intelligence and data workstreams
 * Identify and proactively mitigate risks to maintain timelines, quality, and delivery goals
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and status reporting
 * Create and deliver clear communications to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
 * Coordinate with data engineering and product teams on pipelines, reporting, and audience creation
 * Track project progress and ensure accountability across all dependencies
