Core Competencies: * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. * Expertise in structured programming and unit testing practices. * Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions. * Experience in Quality Assurance processes and best practices. * Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. * Receptive to new ideas, adaptable to change, and open to evolving work environments. * Capable of working independently in core areas with minimal supervision. * Proactively pursues continuous learning to keep technical skills current. * Ability to coordinate and manage meeting schedules effectively. * Demonstrates strong self-assessment skills to monitor and improve productivity. ## Description In this position, the candidate can conduct daily business through effective organization and prioritization while focusing on multiple and varied projects within a professional, open-office environment., Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice. * Perform system analysis and design for new applications as well as enhancements to existing systems. * Develop, test, and debug new programs or modify existing ones based on specifications and production requirements. * Build applications in accordance with detailed design specifications. * Design and implement data integration and communication between systems. * Complete programming tasks within defined timelines while ensuring project objectives are met. * Create and execute test plans and scripts for system validation. * Prepare technical specifications, user manuals, and system documentation. * Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues. * Support user acceptance testing, training, and end-to-end system integration testing. * Assist in deploying systems into the production environment. * Troubleshoot AS/400 system performance issues by analyzing job logs, spool files, and system metrics. * Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support. * Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and regulations while performing duties. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
