You want to build and see it land with real customers * You're comfortable being customer-facing and can speak credibly to technical decisions you've made * You thrive in a high-intensity environment and want to be part of building something from early innings ## Description We're investing heavily in a new product area: browser automation and document intelligence. You'll own this platform end-to-end - from architecture through shipping. This is not a maintenance role. It's 80% net-new build, with the chance to put your fingerprints on a product line that's already live with customers and growing fast. You'll report directly to the CEO (we're flat), work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering, and selectively join customer calls when you're the subject-matter expert on something you've built. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD * Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up * Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS * Write production-grade TypeScript/React/Node.js - first PR to production in week one * Work cross-functionally with product and forward-deployed engineering teams * Join customer calls to demo features you've built and advise on technical implementation * Shape architecture and tooling decisions as one of the earliest engineers at a company scaling fast * Help define engineering best practices as we grow toward 30 people by end of year ## Related Videos - [Optimizing Discovery: PostgreSQL's Role in Transforming GetYourGuide's Search](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1647-optimizing-discovery-postgresql-s-role-in-transforming-getyourguide-s-search) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
