## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Informatik, Medizininformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Informationstechnologie, idealerweise im Krankenhaus- oder Gesundheitswesen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse klinischer IT-Systeme und Prozesses sowie idealerweise Erfharung mit Standrds wie HL7, FHIR oder DICOM
 * Verständnis für die Anforderungen hochkritischer medizinischer Bereiche (z. B. Intensivmedizin, OP)
 * Erfahrung im Projekt- und Change-Management sowie ergänzend ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz (Deutsch mind. Niveau C2)

## Description

* Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs klinischer und administrativer Systeme sowie der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung beim Ausbau der Digitalisierung in eniem hochspezialisierten medizinischen umfeld im Rahmen der IT-Gesamtstrategie des TUM Klinikums
 * Steuerun und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten am Standort Deutsches Herzzentrum (z. B. KHZG, Interoperabilität, elektronische Patientenakten)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit ärztlicher, pflegerischer Leitung sowie Forschungseinrichtungen
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams am Standort
 * Gewährlistung von IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und regulatorischer Compliance
