## Description

* Drive Software Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of updates and enhancements to the critical tracking and reporting web portal.
 * Agile Orchestration: Facilitate sprints, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospective reviews for the software development team.
 * Mitigate Risk: Identify software-specific project risks, security vulnerabilities, and deployment hurdles, designing swift, effective mitigation plans.
 * Client Alignment: Align technical roadmaps with CBP/AMO strategic objectives, providing regular updates to the software technical lead and stakeholders.
