Preferred qualifications * Knowledge of Python, Scala, and open-source data tools. * Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, GitLab, and GitHub. * Experience with wholesale and/or retail industry systems - procurement, merchandising, financial, warehouse, and retail. Up to 10% travel may be required to client and customer locations; a valid driver's license is required. ## Description We are looking for an Advanced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team within our Software Engineering organization. Your job will be to design and build the data models, reports, and dashboards that turn complex operational data into actionable insights for our business and our customers. This is a hands-on role centered on modern BI development with tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI on top of large-scale data warehouses. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions while helping migrate our existing data lake to a new cloud platform. What we do The Business Intelligence & Analytics team is part of the Software Engineering organization, which builds the intelligent software platforms that power Symbotic's advanced automation systems. The team builds and maintains the data warehouse and analytics environment that delivers operational metrics, warehouse reporting, and self-service insights across large-scale deployments - while modernizing that platform by migrating our data lake to the cloud.
