This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, securing, updating, and optimizing hardware/software. Responsible for end user hardware and software support issues, and support staff training where required., * Provide end user support for all phones, computers, conferencing equipment, and related hardware. * Monitor email and ticketing queues for proactive self-assignment of tasks and respond in the appropriate manner (phone, email, in person).
