Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, project management, or information systems are preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data management, reporting, program evaluation, business intelligence, healthcare operations, behavioral health, criminal justice, reentry services, or a related field. Experience working with grant-funded programs and performance-based contracts is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience developing reports, dashboards, and data tracking systems, as well as utilizing AI, automation, and workflow management tools to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. ## Description The Data Specialist and AI Analyst supports Agape Network's reentry initiatives by managing data systems, analyzing program performance, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery, referral management, and operational efficiency., The Data Specialist and AI Analyst also play a key role in implementing and maintaining AI-driven and automated solutions that streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, enhance communication processes, and support informed decision-making.
