## About the Role

Do you have experience in Sheet metal?, * 2-5 years of Automotive/ Aerospace Quality Metrology experience (Sheet-metal QA)

 * Experience Using portable CMM equipment, Scanners, Laser Trackers. (FARO, Vectorarm, Leica, Creaform).
 * Experience with 3D comparison softwares like PolyWorks, Cam 2, Scene, PC DMIS
 * Strong mechanical ability.
 * Ability to use small hand tools for adjusting / modifying part datums.
 * Strong Computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 * Ability to handle medium to heavy physical work.
 * Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to improve skills and learn new technologies., * Sheet Metal, CMM equipment, and Metrology : 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Checking body welding tooling and part accuracy using Vectorarm, Perceptron, & FARO portable CMM equipment.
 * Gather part information from Digital Engineering systems, i.e., PolyWorks, Catia and 3D imaging software.
 * Checking part quality using hand tools and quality checking fixtures.
 * Support Sheetmetal Sub-assy. and Body build trials and activities during pre-production events.
 * Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, parts, and part fitting.
 * Analyze part and sub-assembly data and provide feedback to project leader(s).
