 * Required Education: HS DIPLOMA Preferred Education: 2YR DEGREE
 * Work Experience:
 + Three (3) years as an IT Technician
 * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 + Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
 + Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
 + Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
 * Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
 + Certification in CompTIA Network+ and A+
 * Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
 * Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
 * Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

## Description

* Assist IT Technician I in completing work related tasks as needed.
 * Perform installation and maintenance of Cliff Castle Casino Information Technologies equipment systems.
 * Work with outside vendors for system related products and equipment.
 * Perform scheduled cleaning of Information Technologies printers as well as testing of Information Technologies computers systems.
 * Maintain records of all Information Technologies Access Changes and Equipment installations performed.
 * Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino's IT infrastructure systems' needs.
 * Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
 * Build and install computers and servers as needed.
 * Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
