This role requires deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud architecture (AWS), and leadership in driving technical excellence. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can architect solutions, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in software development., * Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern frameworks and languages (React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.). * Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver robust and user-friendly applications. * Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and architecture. * Ensure compliance with security standards and implement monitoring and observability solutions. * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and processes. * High levels of engagement at the team and group levels; Desire to learn and impact outside your primary tasking. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders * Experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining systems that support Term Life Insurance operations such as policy administration, underwriting and claims processing is a plus.
