 * Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
 * Maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
 * Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
 * Experience with Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
 * Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
 * Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
 * Must be a strong communicator.

## Description

The agency is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Data Visualization Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide them with clear, compelling visualizations and reports., * Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.

 * Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 * Develop and maintain data pipelines. Understand clients' business processes to better guide them on technology decisions
 * Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
 * Develop and implement data models and algorithms.
 * Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
 * Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
 * Create clear and compelling visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
 * Ensure visualizations are accessible and user-friendly.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
 * Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
 * Present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
 * Maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
 * Adhere to data governance and security policies.
