* 7+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or ETL development
 * Strong SQL Server skills (core to this role)
 * Automotive aftermarket or distribution experience required
 * Hands-on experience with any MDM platform (Stibo, Informatica, Oracle, or similar)
 * Solid background in data modeling and data transformation
 * Experience supporting eCommerce or distribution data
 * Understanding of integration layers and ETL tools (expert-level not required)
 * Azure Data Factory, EventHub, Data Lake, Databricks experience preferred

## Description

* Design, build, and enhance MDM data pipelines supporting product and supplier data
 * Transform, cleanse, and load data from multiple supplier formats (XML and other industry standards)
 * Improve data before it enters MDM and optimize exports coming out of MDM for downstream systems
 * Partner with business teams (30 40% of your time) to understand data issues and requirements
 * Build scalable processes and ETL workflows to support eCommerce and Salesforce
 * Model complex product and fitment data to support automotive aftermarket use cases
 * Collaborate with Salesforce, ERP (iSeries), and SQL teams to ensure data consistency and usability
 * Introduce new approaches and best practices to improve data quality and efficiency
