## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments
 * Strong Python programming skills with experience across modern AI/ML frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain, NLP/Deep Learning frameworks)
 * Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
 * Strong foundation in machine learning, algorithms, system design, and scalable software development
 * Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills within cross-functional environments, * Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML products or platforms
 * Background within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environments
 * Exposure to AWS technologies including Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, and serverless architectures
 * Experience with knowledge graphs, advanced NLP, or recommendation systems
 * Experience operating within startup and/or enterprise environments
 * Advanced STEM degree preferred (Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)

## Description

This is an opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives involving:

 * Generative AI
 * Agentic AI frameworks
 * Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * NLP
 * Knowledge graphs
 * Predictive modeling
 * Intelligent automation
 * Production AI systems at scale

The team is highly hands-on, focused on delivering production-grade solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities:

 * Design and develop AI/ML solutions for large-scale enterprise applications
 * Build and deploy production-ready machine learning and Generative AI systems
 * Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
 * Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to ambiguous business challenges
 * Develop scalable Python-based AI/ML applications and services
 * Evaluate and implement modern AI techniques including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
 * Contribute to system architecture, experimentation, and model optimization
 * Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices
 * Stay current with evolving AI technologies and frameworks
