* Proven background as a Senior Endpoint Administrator or in a similar role
 * Strong expertise in endpoint management and Intune

## Description

An organization undergoing significant operational strain within its IT function is seeking a Senior Endpoint Administrator to bring structure, stability, and scalability to its end-user computing environment. The Senior Endpoint Administrator will take a hands-on role in improving endpoint readiness, modernizing onboarding and offboarding processes, and establishing consistent operational standards.
This Senior Endpoint Administrator position is designed for a professional who can step into a complex environment, assess gaps quickly, and deliver measurable improvements through disciplined execution and technical expertise., * Evaluate current endpoint management practices and resolve inefficiencies impacting deployment and user readiness (40%)

 * Redesign and implement onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device lifecycle management (30%)
 * Build standardized documentation, systems, and operational procedures to improve reliability and consistency (20%)
 * Serve as a technical escalation point while supporting team development and accountability (10%)

Core Functions

 * Manage and enhance endpoint environments across Windows devices
 * Strengthen utilization of tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
 * Establish role-based configurations and improve access management practices
 * Create clear, maintainable technical documentation and process workflows
