## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Technician to oversee and support the installation of electronic security systems across commercial and enterprise environments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide crews, ensure quality installations, and work directly with access control, surveillance, and security infrastructure.

Projects include healthcare facilities, education campuses, data centers, and large commercial environments.

Scope of Work

 * Lead and supervise teams performing access control and security system installations
 * Install and configure door hardware including:
 * Magnetic locks (mag locks)
 * Electric strikes
 * Keypads and card readers
 * Door contacts and request-to-exit devices
 * Install, wire, and support access control panels and systems
 * Run, terminate, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, security cabling)
 * Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and system schematics
 * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality control
 * Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field teams
 * Ensure all work meets code, safety, and project standards

 * Gallagher
 * Brivo
 * Bosch
 * Software House (CCURE)
 * Honeywell
