Multi-plant or multi-site experience is a strong plus. * Technical Skills: + Proficient in RCA, FMEA, RCM, and Six Sigma methodologies. + Familiarity with PdM technologies (vibration, ultrasound, IR thermography). ## Description We are seeking a results-driven Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team to support the maintenance and reliability efforts across fourteen coil coating facilities. This individual will be responsible for driving equipment reliability improvements, reducing downtime, and optimizing asset performance by applying engineering methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies.
