Preferred Skills * Experience supporting enterprise applications. * Experience working with Pega applications is a plus. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This team partners with Customer Operations and Energy Services to support enterprise applications, enhance existing systems, develop new interfaces, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both automation and manual testing, thrive in Agile and Waterfall environments, and be passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality applications.
