 * Advanced SQL skills and strong experience delivering production reporting solutions
 * Experience working with healthcare data sources (EHR workflows, claims, registries, extracts)
 * Strong communication skills (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder presentations)
 * Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI preferred
 * Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and tools (e.g., SSIS, Snowflake) is a plus
 * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field

## Description

Seeking a senior Epic Business Intelligence Analyst to build and support high-impact reporting and analytics for a large healthcare environment. This Epic Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on the Epic Cogito suite and requires strong hands-on experience with Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle, plus advanced SQL. You'll partner with business and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics that drive decisions., * Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain Epic reporting/analytics solutions using Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle

 * Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications, metrics, dashboards, and automated reporting
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and data extracts to support reliable analytics outputs
 * Create self-service reporting assets and support end-user data exploration and data literacy
 * Troubleshoot reporting and data issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
 * Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, data architects, and stakeholders across multiple departments
 * Follow development best practices, quality standards, and data security expectations (PHI/PII)
 * Support agile work practices and communicate dependencies to deliver complete solutions
