We provide comprehensive critical operational, engineering and customer support solutions including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We're hiring a Network Materials Manager to help drive our continued success!, * MHIRJ's network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Network Materials Manager oversees the operations and personnel of the Material Support Department across WVAC (West Virginia) TAC (Tucson, AZ) and CR&O (West Virginia). This role is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of materials supporting Service Center Network (SCN) facilities. Based in West Virginia, this position will occasionally require travel to Tucson, Arizona. The Materials Stores Manager ensures that all materials-related activities are organized to effectively support and optimize operational performance. This leader is accountable for guiding, developing, and ensuring the safety of all department team members while consistently meeting performance and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with operations to align staffing, resources, and schedules, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and proactively resolving operational challenges in partnership with site leadership. The Materials Stores Manager ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, material standards, and operational priorities under the direction of senior management. Occasional overnight travel and participation in meetings outside of standard working hours may be required.
