The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. * Ability to conduct data analysis skills to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. * Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment. * Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Ability to understand complex concepts of IT resource capacity, demand forecasting, and utilization management across both project and operational work. * Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and reports related to resource utilization, capacity planning, and labor allocation. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with IT leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. * High level of organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with reporting or visualization tools preferred. * Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision. * Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethics, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures., * 0-2 years of resource management experience in an enterprise environment required * 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred * Associate's degree from an accredited college or university * Experience in project management or workflow planning a plus * Experience in utilizing business intelligence tools a plus ## Description The IT Resource Analyst (IT RA) is responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing the use of IT resources, including personnel, skills, capacity, and financial allocations.
