 * Monitoring der Systeme sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (Incident Management)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen
 * Planung & Durchführung von Wartungsfenstern
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben (z. B. mit Skripten oder Tools)
 * Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Betriebsabläufen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
