## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field\n
 * 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs\n
 * Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for building, managing, and developing high-performing teams\n
 * Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and/or CX) and platform capabilities\n
 * Proven experience establishing and operating a Technology Center of Excellence (COE) or shared services model for enterprise platforms\n
 * Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS extensions, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks\n
 * Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-region transformation initiatives\n
 * Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, data models, and scalable SaaS platform design\n
 * Experience leading program governance, including portfolio management, prioritization, risk mitigation, and executive reporting\n
 * Strong business and operational acumen with the ability to align technology delivery to enterprise strategy and value realization\n
 * Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to drive process transformation and adoption of standardized best practices\n
 * Experience implementing modern engineering practices including Agile delivery, CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps in SaaS environments\n
 * Ability to work closely with software vendors and their support organizations to understand product roadmaps, influence future releases, and provide input into platform design and enhancements\n
 * Experience managing system integrators, external partners, and third-party vendors to deliver against contractual and performance expectations\n
 * Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, with experience driving enterprise adoption and engagement\n
 * Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job.\n
