Preferred * Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, UX/UI design tools, or motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, After Effects). ## Description Supports digital transformation initiatives by assisting with the planning and implementation of user-centered digital experiences and content across enterprise platforms. Contributes to the creation and production of high-quality digital assets, including graphics, multimedia, and interactive content, using established standards, templates, and guidance. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support design consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital initiatives. Assists with testing, documentation, and adoption efforts while contributing input that supports continuous improvement of digital tools, content, and user experiences., 1. Supports the planning and implementation of digital transformation initiatives by contributing to user-centered design, digital experience, and content activities under direction. 2. Works with team members and stakeholders to help document and organize business and user needs related to digital tools, systems, and services. 3. Assists in reviewing existing digital environments, workflows, and user experiences to support identification of improvement and adoption opportunities. 4. Assists in creating and producing digital assets and experiences using established guidelines, templates, and direction. 5. Applies accessibility, usability, and established digital design standards, templates, and visual guidelines to assigned digital assets and experiences. 6. Supports execution of project tasks by tracking and completing assigned deliverables related to digital experience and design components. 7. Collaborates with developers, analysts, instructional designers, and project teams to support alignment of digital experience and content with technical and instructional objectives. 8. Assists with testing, validation, and refinement of digital tools, content, and experiences before and after implementation. 9. Assists in preparing visual, multimedia, and user-facing resources that support training and adoption efforts, under direction. 10. Collects and summarizes user feedback related to digital experiences to support team evaluation and improvement efforts. 11. Assists with monitoring and documenting emerging trends, tools, and practices related to digital experience, accessibility, and design. 12. Prepares documentation, materials, summaries, and supporting input related to assigned digital experience and design activities. 13. Supports data collection and basic reporting related to digital experience effectiveness, usage, and adoption, as assigned. 14. Participates in meetings, working groups, and collaborative efforts related to digital transformation initiatives and projects. 15.
