What we prefer you to have: * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification. * Experience with AI tools in Specialty Insurance Operations. ## Description Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role drives transformation and optimization across AXIS Global Operations teams. It ensures alignment between business needs and delivery teams, supporting strategic goals and improving operational efficiency through agile product ownership. What will you do in this role? * Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with AXIS strategy and stakeholder needs. * Lead operational readiness for product launches, ensuring systems and processes are aligned. * Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams. * Manage and prioritize the Operations product backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives. * Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with delivery teams. * Track and report Agile delivery metrics to monitor team performance and product impact. * Champion Agile principles and coach team members on best practices and continuous improvement. * Ensure user feedback is continuously gathered and integrated into product iterations. * Empower cross-functional teams to make decisions and deliver value independently. * Use Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate priorities.
