## Description

Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, laser printers, copy machine printers, Zebra barcode printers, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues.

Set up and configure new computers, peripherals, and user accounts.

Assist employees with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and common business applications.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Deliver professional and friendly customer service to staff and clients.

Travel between company locations as needed for support and equipment setup.
