Experience with Design, Build, Delivery, and Federal Projects is a plus., * B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent degree from a U.S. accredited architecture school * Minimum 8 years of overall architectural office experience across all project phases * Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager or Project Architect role with direct budget, schedule, and client responsibility * Demonstrated experience in commercial, civic, municipal, or public agency project types * Proficiency in AutoCAD - production-level construction documents * Strong working knowledge of California Building Code, ADA, and Title 24 * Experience managing consultant teams through full project delivery * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Must be available to work in-office and visit project sites throughout San Luis Obispo County Preferred (Not Required) * Design-Build Delivery and Public Clients Experience (K-12, Federal, Municipal,..) * Active California Architect License or active pursuit of licensure (ARE progress) * Proficiency in Revit - production-level preferred; working knowledge considered * Experience with DSA submittals or public agency plan check processes * Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup tools 5 R E A S O N S T H I S I S A N A W E S O M E O P P O R T U N I T Y ## Description Working directly with the Principal Architect, you'll own projects from first concept through construction administration - coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and governing agencies every step of the way. This is a hands-on technical role. You'll be in the drawings, on the job sites, solving real problems - and you'll do it as part of a team that has your back.
