## About the Role

* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup) - this is the heart of the role

 * Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

 * Clear written and verbal communication

 * Comfort learning new tools and adapting to changing data

 * Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

 * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on data experience

## Description

As a Data Support Analyst, you'll be the hands-on link between our clients' data and our software. You'll prepare and review incoming data, run quality checks, surface patterns, and help users get the most out of our platform. This is an excellent entry point for someone with strong Excel skills who wants to grow a career in healthcare data analytics.

What You'll Do

 * Review client data submissions for completeness and flag anything missing or unusual

 * Upload and organize client data within our workflow and clinical modules

 * Run first-pass reviews of output to identify and report noteworthy patterns

 * Provide QA and testing support across our software

 * Create and maintain training guides and support documentation

 * Answer user questions and resolve submitted issues
