We are currently hiring for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The Network Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, wireless access points, routers and cabling. The individual will assist in planning of network growth, support of TCP/IP, authentication domains, resource domains, system upgrades, infrastructure documentation and application installs. The Network Engineer is also responsible for providing support to the Customer Service Team to include answering questions and resolving issues. This person will be called to participate in special projects as needed and assist Customer Service during overflow or limited staff availability. This individual must always follow established security and privacy procedures and policies, maintain confidentiality of employee data and client data, enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, and forward all non-compliance issues to Operations. The Network Engineer also assists in supporting clients after-hours and the Technician on Duty.
