 * 3+ years of experience in IT systems, software development, technology support, or technology leadership
 * Experience with web application development
 * Understanding of databases, data systems, and system integrations
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical users

## Description

The Hanover Public School District is seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative, and solutions-oriented leader to serve as Assistant Director of Technology. This position plays a key role in supporting the district's technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software systems, application development, and instructional technology initiatives., * Assist with the planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of district-wide technology systems

 * Support the management of network infrastructure, servers, devices, cybersecurity systems, and data platforms
 * Help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of district technology services
 * Contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of custom web-based applications
 * Support database systems, data integrations, reporting tools, and system interoperability
 * Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and staff to support effective technology use in teaching, learning, and daily operations
 * Assist with evaluating, recommending, and implementing new technologies, systems, and process improvements
 * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to technology staff and district users
 * Help manage technology projects, timelines, documentation, and implementation plans
 * Support district efforts related to cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and responsible technology use
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate solutions across systems and departments
 * Promote a service-oriented, innovative, and student-centered approach to technology
