## Description

Infinity Classics is hiring a Part-Time Short-Form Video Specialist to build and grow the brand's presence on TikTok and YouTube Shorts, while also managing TikTok Shop operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on creator or growth-focused content manager who can independently develop a short-form strategy, produce engaging content, and drive measurable results in both engagement and sales.

You will be responsible for launching the channels from scratch, establishing a consistent posting strategy, and optimizing performance through testing and analytics., Content Strategy & Platform Growth

 * Build and execute a short-form content strategy for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
 * Define brand voice, creative direction, and posting cadence
 * Establish and grow brand presence from launch

Video Creation & Editing

 * Work with a team to help create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content for social platforms
 * Use trending audio, hooks, effects, and native platform formats to maximize reach
 * Turn product and marketing assets into engaging, performance-driven content

TikTok Shop Management

 * Set up and manage TikTok Shop, including product listings and storefront optimization
 * Oversee Shopify integration and inventory syncing
 * Execute promotional campaigns, product pushes, and sales initiatives

Community Management

 * Engage with comments and messages to build an active audience
 * Maintain consistent brand tone in all interactions
 * Use community feedback to inform content strategy

Analytics & Optimization

 * Track performance metrics including views, engagement, and conversions
 * Report insights and recommendations to leadership
 * Continuously optimize content based on data and trends
