 * Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Softwarelösungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in SaaS- und On-Premise-Umgebungen
 * Einsatz von Remote-Zugängen, Videokonferenzen und Ticketsystemen zur Fehleranalyse
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere Softwareentwicklung und Systemtechnik
