## About the Role

· High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or related education preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, manufacturing, agriculture, payroll, HR, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.

· Previous experience with payroll, labor tracking, or production reporting is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Working conditions may include:

· Greenhouse temperatures ranging from 34°F to over 110°F with high humidity.

· Packhouse and production environments with background noise up to 80 decibels.

· Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking.

· Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, crouching, and lifting.

· Ability to lift up to:

· 50 pounds occasionally

· 10 pounds continuously

· Manual dexterity to operate computers, handheld devices, and production equipment.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations & Systems Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the connection between our people, systems, and processes-helping ensure labor is accurately recorded, supporting compliance initiatives, onboarding new team members, maintaining documentation, and serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support and system-related projects.

What You'll DoAdministrative & Operational Support

· Perform administrative and data entry tasks that support daily greenhouse and packhouse operations.

· Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports and documentation.

· Assist leadership with operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Coordinate office tasks including shipments, mail, visitor assistance, and general administrative support.

· Source office and operational supplies as needed.

Labor & Systems Administration

· Perform daily data entry into the PRIVA FS Performance System, ensuring labor hours, activities, employee assignments, and production data are entered accurately and in a timely manner.

· Validate and correct daily labor registrations and system discrepancies.

· Track employee attendance, labor allocations, headcount, and productivity.

· Administer and maintain the employee piece-rate program.

· Review timesheets for accuracy and prepare documentation for payroll and contractor billing.

· Calculate incentive and bonus reports as required.

· Monitor production data, weighing systems, and operational metrics to ensure accuracy.

Compliance & Documentation

· Assist with maintaining company compliance programs.

· Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIDs).

· Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and organized.

· Support internal audits and continuous improvement projects.

Onboarding & Employee Support

· Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.

· Assist with system access, badges, equipment, and orientation activities.

· Educate employees on operational systems and equipment as needed.

· Help maintain employee training records and documentation.

IT & Systems Support

· Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT-related questions and troubleshooting.

· Assist with hardware setup, user access, and device configuration.

· Support company software systems, including PRIVA, Alchemy, Fiix, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office.

· Assist with technology projects and system improvements.

· Coordinate with external IT partners when needed.

Reporting & Analytics

· Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Track labor metrics, productivity, attendance, and performance trends.

· Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

· Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
