We prioritize employee recognition, growth, and diversity and are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us., * High school diploma or equivalent required * Associate degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Technology, or related field preferred * Relevant IT or clinical certifications are a plus Experience * 2-3+ years of experience supporting radiology systems (PACS, RIS, dictation, etc.) * Experience in advanced or Level II support role preferred * Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and downtime procedures, * Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaging systems * Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards * Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and system integrations * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task/project management tools * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills * Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and clinical teams * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and healthcare compliance standards, * Hybrid work environment (onsite and remote) * Regular onsite presence required in the Daytona Beach, FL area * Occasional evening or weekend work may be required * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs ## Description We are seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Support professional to provide advanced support, administration, and optimization of clinical applications across our organization. This role is a key technical and operational resource, supporting radiology systems such as PACS, RIS, and dictation platforms while driving workflow improvements and enhancing the end-user experience. This is a hybrid position, requiring regular onsite presence in the Daytona Beach, FL area, along with remote work flexibility.
