This role is ideal for recent graduates with a four-year degree in Science, Engineering, or Information Technology who are looking to build a foundational career in data analysis, regulatory reporting, and technical documentation within a dynamic R&D environment., * Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data tables, formulas, and structured datasets. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn regulatory, sustainability, and specification management concepts. Preferred * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or specification management systems. * Knowledge of packaging materials, food product development, or sustainability reporting (helpful but not required). * Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
