## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer configuration and/or implementation.
 * Strong technical skills, including working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently.
 * Proactive, self-starting mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and solve problems creatively.
 * Accountability, humility, and a team-first approach.

## Description

* Collaborating with Sales and Technical teams to deeply understand customer requirements and configuration needs.
 * Building RocketRez solutions within RocketOffice, including financial setup, ticketing, scheduling, rates, venue/capacity, memberships, upsells, events, retail, F&B, email/SMS, OTAs, and more.
 * Acting as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on how to best leverage the platform to achieve their business goals.
 * Partnering with customer stakeholders to integrate the platform with third-party solutions such as payment gateways, CRMs, and marketing tools.
 * Independently managing assigned implementation projects from planning through completion, including stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and status reporting.
 * Documenting each customer's solution in detail so future support can understand why configuration decisions were made.
 * Communicating proactively with customers throughout the configuration process to obtain feedback and approval.
 * Identifying and driving process improvement initiatives that streamline the implementation program.
 * Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Training to develop and deliver solutions.
