## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * 3-5+ years of Salesforce CRM administration experience.
 * 3-5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
 * Experience supporting users, delivering training, and gathering business requirements.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Experience with reporting, data management, and marketing automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Salesforce Administrator Certification.
 * Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
 * Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, Fundraising, or Advancement environments.
 * Knowledge of CRM best practices, email marketing, and campaign analytics.

## Description

* Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
 * Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
 * Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
 * Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
 * Create and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and queues.
 * Develop and deliver user training sessions and maintain training documentation.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to create target audiences, marketing journeys, and automated communication workflows.
 * Maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, data imports, and quality assurance processes.
 * Generate reports, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics to support business decisions.
 * Assist with system testing, release management, and evaluation of new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features.
 * Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support ongoing operations.
