In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of support professionals, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive continuous improvement in troubleshooting processes. You will also collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience and develop tools and procedures that support team success., * Train, mentor, and manage a team of technical support staff.
