## Description

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, and unit test web applications and APIs
 * Perform unit testing and debugging with limited oversight
 * Write clean, self-documenting code
 * Engage in peer reviews, consider feedback, and address comments
 * Continuously learn and improve technical skills and leadership behaviors on the job
 * Communicate and collaborate with peers, partners, and leaders
 * Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
 * Lead small development projects with some oversight
 * Mentor and coach junior engineers
 * Generate innovative ideas and provide process improvement suggestions
 * Be a team player, laugh and have fun, and always strive to get better
